"We have been with State Farm over 30 years. The premiums are higher but we know we can call and they will ALWAYS pick up the phone. We appreciate that so much!! We appreciate and like Jamie very much and feel he has done a wonderful, yet difficult job at the helm. Although we miss Denise, we love Lilia and believe she is an added bonus to the agency!! "Elizabeth did an excellent job handling my auto and home quote. She did so very quickly as well as my previous insurance company’s policy was about to kick in the next day. The auto and homeowner policies were cheaper than my previous one and the coverage is the same or better. Elizabeth was very pleasant to talk to, very smart and not condescending. She also had this smooth calming voice, like that meant for radio. It was very relaxing listening to her speak. It made the stressful task of shopping for car insurance completely stress free."
