"I was very shocked to see the review where a gentleman was accusing Jamie & Denise of cheating him. I was a customer for many years & just left a message to bring my auto insurance back (I've always had my Homeowner's insurance here, since 1991). I have never been cheated, treated with disrespect, or any of the things the disgruntled customer mentioned. Denise helped me many times, as I was a single mom struggling to raise 4 children. I have nothing but great things to say about this agency."

"I will have to say that doing business with Jamie and his office personnel have been a pleasure to work with! For the guy before me talking about them "cheating" you out of money, this isn't the case! I've been dealing with Denise for 20 yrs now and she is the most honest hardest working women I know! She has been with State Farm for over 35 years (this alone speaks volumes), so she must be doing something right! I understand it takes all different types of people to make this world go around, maybe the guy before me was having a bad day. But to get on the web and bash someone you don't know, you might want to take a look at yourself!"

"DO NOT give Jamie Morgan your business. He does not care about his customers and he's filled his office with individuals who are equally inept at customer service. Jamie Morgan, as well as his billing director Denise Mobley, have cheated their way to where they are by abusing their customers and stealing money where they feel they can do it without danger. They will not help you in any way. If you accuse them of refusing to help you then they will insult you and treat you with total disrespect. They will treat you in a way that no human being deserves. Avoid using Jamie Morgan as your insurance agent AT ALL COSTS. If you give Jamie Morgan your business, you will regret the experience."
