Spring is about to be here, and even though its been a pretty mild winter, I am ready for it! I don't know about you, but I am!!!! I always view spring as a new and fresh beginning, getting your garden ready to plant, baseball spring training and opening day just around the corner. Time to get back out on Lake Somerville for some crappie and/or bass fishing. My dad always loved this time of the year. I lost my dad the week before Thanksgiving of 2025! He is now fishing in the most awesome waters anywhere...can you imagine the fishing spots in heaven?! I cannot, but I know he is definitely wetting a line!
